About 5 1/2 miles, my longest run at the Maine house. Sunny and very hot 75°

Had to set up a start line for a 1/4 Marathon this morning. Then did some grocery shopping, made lunch, took a long nap. Watch some baseball, then heading out for my run at 7pm, when things started to get cooler and shadows were longer. 11K
