400 rest in the middle, else 200 rest.


Jog 800m cooldown.


Partly cloudy and hot, 70°

Short+Sweet 5km with 3 hill repeats.
Mostly walking, tired from yesterday.
Ran up the short steep technical trail twice, and power walked up less steep road once.

Liked my power numbers but definitely feeling altitude effects.
