Track workout today!


1 mile warm up.


14 x 30 second repeats with 30 seconds rest. A short workout, but not an easy one as 30 seconds is not nearly enough recovery time for a hard 30 second sprint.


Mixture of sun and clouds, brutally hot, 72°
