One mile jog
Up and down the ladder:
2 x 200
2 x 400
4 x 600
2 x 400
2 x 200
All with 200M rest.
Cloudy and very windy, 50°.

16K. Snowfall yesterday evening, with remnants on grassy areas this morning.

3 miles. 45°F, but warm enough for shorts and no jacket. Spring seems to be tentatively poking its nose in here.
