Track workout today!
1 mile warm-up jog.
14 x30 second sprints, 30 seconds rest
1 mile cool down
30 seconds isn’t really enough recovery time after a 30 second sprint, so this is a really good anaerobic workout for hockey. Playoffs in my over 60 Hockey league begin in 10 days.
Cloudy and breezy, 51°.
