Title: Sunday March 27 and the week

21.7 miles today, last of big long runs. It was supposed to be warm and sunny but instead cool (36 F) and cloudy. Did a short warm up (0.5 mile) and cool down (1.2 miles) with a timed 20 miler progressing from mid-to-low 7s.
