Early morning run to avoid rain. Though it hasn't rained yet, 90 minutes after the finish of my run. 10.5K.

Turning 64 on tues 02, 22, 2022.

6.2 on treadmill AM with 23 minutes of tempo reps (6:50 - 6:30 pace, @7400'). It was -7 F.
3.5 outside PM (single digits).
