Some freezing rain this morning made for a bit of slippery footing for 8.25K.
Our local groundhog, Wiarton Willie did not see his shadow.

Dry and chilly 33° F for my 5 miles today. As per usual, no shadows seen here, but then, we don’t have an official Seattle area groundhog anyway.

Anyway, that didn’t play into my run distance today. Strictly by the book headed in to my target event in 10 days
7km interval workout, on the road/paved path. 4*C and 70%RH. Got some rain but the worst of it was after I got done.
Going below freezing tonight with 3-4” snow predicted here in north Texas
All my intervals felt good, no knee issues, tapering is on track.
