Chilly 13.6 miles south of Denver. But it was a good run and good cloud day. Wish I had taken my camera and some pictures.

I went to a nearby track and did some 400, 200, and 100 meter intervals. The pain was exquisite.

The snow and ice finally left! 3 miles to ease back into my routine. Had a really nice white Winter Holiday, but enough was enough!

It was a scheduled “off” day but when I went to check the trail after 0.3” (1cm) of rain and it was still solid, I just had to go for a short run.
3K trail 13*C 91%RH
mostly easy run but about 13% above zone 1.
also having fun calibrating my electronic gear, still seeing what device+app combo gives me the “best” distance measurement
