Double workout today.
1. Track workout!
Jog 1 mile
20 minutes dynamic stretching and sprint drills
10 x 60m @ 95%
Jog 1 mile
2. Then I took a bucket of 24 baseballs over the baseball field, and threw 90 to 110 feet for about 15 minutes (4 buckets).
I leave for Red Sox fantasy camp in 10 days!

1.5 miles yesterday
First back-to-back days of running in...more than a year, I think.
My NY resolution is to run every day in 2022 and hopefully break 1000 total miles.

8km easy gravel shoulder run.
Last day in cool, rainy Phoenix.
