Sprint workout today!
Jog 1 mile warm-up.
20 minutes of dynamic stretching and sprint drills (high knees, butt kicks, Mach A and B skips, grapevines, stride progressions)
10 x 60m @ 85-90%.
Jog 1 mile.
Running, even a hard track workout, has always helped me to think through issues.

Another 8K. Starting to spit on me at the end of the run. A few degrees above freezing this morning. A white Christmas appears to be 50/50 around here.
