Title: Nice 5k race this morning

Came in third overall (can you say, "Not much competition"?) in 22:05. It was a three loops deal which I kindof liked because it made it easier to pace.

Turns out they had mile splits. I did 6:52, 7:33, 7:40...so much for pacing

Decent 5K time. Your earned the podium.  :)

Warm up 5K for me at the Coastal Delaware Running Festival. Marathon tomorrow.

Finished 5K in 26:27, 108/531 Overall, 5/21 M60-64.

Congrats! You're better than me if you're still marathoning. Longest thing I'll do these days is a 10k.

No racing for me anymore, but I got a steady 7 miles in today between rain days. Congrats on you guys still competing. Those are impressive times to us tortoises.
