3.5 miles, followed by a couple hours of hard yardwork cutting down rogue trees. I’m fried.

Woke up with a stiff back thanks to lending over to work on a jigsaw puzzle for the majority of Monday. Managed to shuffle 8K.

Still damn hot and humid out.
