Good sprint workout today on a brutally hot day. 800m warmup jog. 20 minutes dynamic stretching and sprint drills.
2 sets of 200, 100, 50, all at 90+.

Dentist in the morning to fix a chipped molar. Run in the late afternoon. Bit humid for 13.75K.

10km: 9 in the afternoon and 1 more at sunset.
Wow, more serious climbs and checked out a connector trail between two that I’d been on before. That section was average 11% with two 20% grade climbs!
Back to back 400m climb days! Today was recovery pace especially on descent, legs still sore/stiff from yesterday descent. Shortened my original planned 13km loop to the 9k out-and-back due to time constraints and my slow-ness! But still got all the climbing in :)
