Combined two hot walks on super hilly roads for 10.1 km (and 265m of climb!)
Still in ‘recovery’ mode, but scoping out some good hill training spots for this summer. Hit a couple 20% climbs plus a sustained 1km climb that tops at 10%.
34*C/54%RH.

A little more hot and humid than expected. 23.3K and a bit of heat exhaustion.
