First track meet in well over a year at the Connecticut Masters Games!  I guess there was a lot of pent up demand as top masters athletes from all over the northeast showed up.


I did the 50 meters, 100m, 200m and long jump. Other than the 50 - 8.27 (82.1% WAVA) - my performances were not great, but just getting out here and seeing all my friends was awesome. I'm tired.

12k trail run, dry enough to hit the nearby equestrian trail. 24*C, 94%RH. Wasn’t raining but boy was I soaked!
