One more short 5k run to truly beat the rain and T-storms. First line coming through already, but the pop ups went north and south of us. Kept my lightning alert handy but it never got closer than 22.3 km. Only a few drops of rain on me.
Nice leisurely pace, HR zone 1; 7 minute kms. Wanted to keep something in the tank in case I needed to sprint back if the weather turned bad!
