Track workout today! The track was surprisingly and pleasantly empty.
Jog 800m
20 minutes plyo, dynamic stretching and sprint drills
3 x 100m with blocks @90
2 x 150m @80%
1 x 200m @75%
Jog 800m
CT Masters Games in two weeks!

Pre and post run nap day. 21.3K in between.

Quick 1k run to scout conditions of one of my fave trails (Spruce Creek) in the middle of a 22k bike ride.
Still got some snow on it but it is not muddy and navigable, FYI :)
