Birthday track workout! I am still noticeably fatigued and slower than I should be, three days after receiving my second Pfizer shot.
Cut the workout a little short, heeding the sage advice of Roger Pearce; quality over quantity.
1 x 200m, embarrassingly slow.
5 x 100m, slightly better.
Pleasantly raw with drizzle.

3.1 mile in shorts and t-shirt. 55° F and completely sunny. Nicest weather in months.

Yeah, my running sucked for three days post 1st vax shot.
Rain was kind enough to stop in time for my 11K run commute home.
