First run of the Spring. Started out around 9am in 40F weather and finished 28K just before noon with temps at 52F.

Ran around 3.5 miles on the trails with my dog.

5 miles running. 3.5 miles walking.

7 mile road run.  Casual pace with DW, Benji the wonderdog, and a friend.  (Minimum of 6 ft of distance was kept at all times from the friend.)
