Interval workout today! With snow still covering all the tracks, I have to do these workouts on the road. 1 mile warm-up jog, then 15 x 60 second intervals with 60 seconds rest.
Mostly sunny, 30° and breezy.

5.5 mile easy day. Kind of bitterly cold with the windchill.

Chilly, but sunny day. 13.5K
