8 miles in the snow, 16F. I took yesterday off because my knee was sore from the Sunday run. Threw down 3X 5:20 tempo (light tempo compared to threshold) effort and made it back without falling--wore shoes fitted with hex screws for snow days.

7km total (6 km afternoon run + a 1k shortie this morning) all trail.
13*C, 48%RH (4C this morning)
Very steady HR straddled low zone two and high one.
Feels like the power is starting to come back more, relative to HR.
Seem to be tailing off a little bit after 30-40 minutes, not too surprising given my down time.

Slough through 2-3 inches of snow here. Ran up a main street, that was 1/3 cleared pavement, 1/3 snow or slush covered, 1/3 partially covered. 11.8K
