11.5K. Really stiff feeling legs today.

9.3 miles, or more precisely almost exactly 15K. Again, felt kind of terrible for the first 10 or 15 minutes--like wanting to turn around terrible. Shin sort of hurt for a bit in first mile, and then later in the day, so will watch that.
