3.5 miles + fifteen minutes of various plyometrics and burpees.

3.3 miles. Partly cloudy, 38°.

6.3 miles at my usual snail-like pace.

3.2 miles in light fog at 35 degrees F.

I did an double, 4.3 and 3.9. It's chilly (low 30s) but not bad.

Windy, but still warm than average. 12K

it was a warm 37 degrees and kind of had sunlight so an initial run of the year (1.25 miles).

1.0km aborted trail run. 12*C 55%RH but it had to be colder than that!
Lost my Stryd power chip in first 200m and spent 15 minutes walking around looking for it. Found it but by then I was chilled and not feeling well so called it a day.
One positive was that it was my first session to actually run, though that was less than 5% of the short workout.
