4.3 km back at it after a couple days off. Light walk with “brisk” walk intervals mixed in. Everything working fine so far. 60 minutes.
Topped it off with 45 minutes super-easy on the bike.
9*C sunny, gorgeous day.
Was supposed to be XC Skiing this weekend... but that will have to wait until March now...

Rest day from running. Walked 4K in total to the donut shop and back for a half dozen of fried dough and sugar goodness.
