Good steady Northwest rain with temp in mid-40’s F. Thanks to rain gear, did a very comfortable 5 miles with warm and dry feet. In a few weeks, I’ll start quacking.

9.4 miles in 1:14 with steady cross wind both ways

Got lucky that almost none of the predicted 1-3" of snow fell, but it was a cold and windy one :snowball: for 12.25K.

Short easy 2km on the treadmill Wednesday for 15 minutes. Otherwise unremarkable but it was possibly the first time I’ve ever run 3 days in a row in my life?
Spoiler alert... this was then followed by two (or more likely three) non run days. (Biked Thurs and Sat though)
