Title: Saturday October 10th, 2020 - White House Superspreader Pt II Day

Usually Saturday is my long run day, normally going 18-25K. It was a nice warm fall morning and plans were to go around 25K. Unfortunately my energy system weren't having any of my planned 25K. Slogged through 11K.

3.2 miles.  The day that the rains came down. 51 degrees F.  Raincoats are a good idea some runs.

3.3 miles this morning, followed by 2 x 100m strides.
