Oct 1: 3.5 miles
Sep 29: 3.2 miles
Sep 27: 3.2 miles
Sep 25: 10x1 long hill repeats, about 3 miles

6.36 miles. Insistent light rain through the first couple of miles, but that stopped and it was a nice high 50’s F with no rain for the rest.

I did 12.7, starting easy for a mile then moderate for a couple miles before doing 19 minute tempo (6:50 pace), 12 minute recovery the 10 minutes more at 6:40 pace. Ran last 3 at easy-moderate pace.
