Did a friend's virtual 5K run.

80 minute long run. Went early so temp went from about 65 to 70 F.  Not too bad.

Capped off a 63 mile week (highest since the injury last fall) with 1:50 (14.7 miles) with 2X ~18 minutes at marathon pace at middle and end of the run.
