Uganda's Joshua Cheptegei produced an astonishing Diamond League run in Monaco to break the 16-year-old 5,000m world record by almost two seconds. Guided by trackside lights illustrating world record pace, he came home in 12 minutes 35.36 seconds.

What the fuck?  That record isn't breakable!   I think it was set when I was in high school.  What version of Couch to 5k did he use?  ???
