Woke up to rain showers pasting through. Back to bed for 45 minutes more, then out for 10.7K.

8 on a plateau close by. Busy morning on the trails with high school xc team and dozens of runners, cyclists, and walkers. Highlight was hearing the wild coyotes howl from a couple hundred meters away.
Results update I was top 100 overall in Bolder Boulder virtual 10K, and top 5 age graded (men) this year (and 3 of them were pro).

6.25 at 9:15. Mistress Garmin reported most was at LT but it didn't feel like it.

My usual 5 miles. Weather was a nice overcast 65 F.
