10 miles in Bent Creek Experimental Forest.  I haven't run that long on trail in a long time.  Fun mix of technical, fire road and scrambling over fallen trees today plus took some new (to me) trails.  I was averaging about 10-11 min miles despite vert and tree crossing on the fire roads but took it more cautiously on the single track.

5 miles at 57 degrees F. Love the temps lately for my runs.

7 miles usual out and back. Then more rototilling.
