Track workout today! Rode my bike 5 miles or so to the dirt path at the end of the cemetery. Scrambled down some rocks, jogged across a couple of athletic fields to the track.
8 x 400m with 200 rest. Reverse process to go home.

Quality workout for me, too; unfortunately the high school track was locked up and I didn't have time to get up to the uni so it was a run with fartlek:
90/60/30 secs of faster than 5k pace w/ 30 sec easy b/w intervals and 3 min easy b/w sets for 2 sets + up/down = 5 miles of happiness

Didn't warm up as much as I wanted to and a wind was blowing, so back to running tights, long sleeve shirt and a vest. 15.75K

8.4 miles, with 900' hill climb (w/4.5 miles up up up)
