3.3 miles, sunny and hot, 61°.

I think we'll be into the 80s for the next couple of days.
8.1 with 5K tempo--mostly same course as I did on OTs day (2 months ago)--the good news is 12 sec/mile faster than then. The bad news is it's 10-12 sec/slower than a year ago. Not too daunted, because I'm one of the ones who just enjoys the building process. A patient mantis.

Out before the afternoon rain showers. Legs a little bagged and a cool east wind blowing. 12.5K.

We're in the 50's here. Kind of funny it's that much hotter there.
I did a wod at lunchtime so no run before the rain came barreling in. I might run a few miles on the mill again today or I'll give the foot a break and run tomorrow. The goal this week is to get back to the 4 runs/week habit that I had before the PF break.

9M all aerobic HR range. Huge improvement doing the longer run day after the shorter run.
Tired but feel good and the idea of a x-train day tomorrow and a 7-miler before the next 9M sounds wonderful.
