Got out early. Threaten rain never came, just a few spits here and there. A bit of a cold breeze, but not enough to ditch the shorts for longer tights or pants. Barely any traffic out early Sunday morning. I think on a 5 mile stretch of neighbourhood road, only two cars went by. Nice 30.5K run.

Did 12.5 miles, just under 50 for the week.

My faithful mistress Garmin informed me I did 9M at a 9:16 pace.
Very pleasant, zoned out for most of it and didn't feel difficult.
42 miles for the week because I've added a mile to my shorter runs and the way the days this week lined up with my rotation.
Haven't done a 40+ week in a very very long time. Average training pace is still dropping.

Ran a virtual 5K race (that I run every year) and finished in 23:29. Not a 5K PR but a race PR (although not on the usual course) and I came in 3rd.

4 miles with no rain. What more could I ask for?
