I walk/ran 5 miles this morning:
walked .5 for the warm up
ran 3 progressive w/ 1 min of walking rest b/w the miles to let my foot relax and bring hr down
jogged home 1.5
Felt good. The effort was tougher than usual because it's been a few weeks but I expect to get fitness back quickly. Foot bothered a little tied to calf discomfort so I'll try a calf sleeve next time.

Made the jump from 3-day rotation of 9M, 6M, cross train to 9, 7, crosstrain.
Felt good and will cement that in for a couple weeks until 10, 7, crosstrain.
