3 miles, followed by 4 x 200m strides of increasing speed. The last two were about 75% top speed.
-
5 progressive miles on an easy run with a socially distanced friend

55 minute trail run at open space/park--finally starting to feel like it's running again. Lot of people out, every day is a Sunday now. But there you can go a mile or more at a time without passing someone.

They're closing Dupont State Park near us and will be closing a lot of the other trail areas to follow, I'm sure. I'm prepared to do lots of running on the streets around here now that there won't be as many cars.

13.66K. Glad traffic is light as it made for easy social distancing into the middle of the roads when passing couples and family units out for a late afternoon walk.

4 miles. Light rain and low 50’s. Running in neighborhoods rather than larger streets means very few people on the sidewalks. Here at least.
