3.2 miles. Really needed to use a restroom, and of course the public restroom was locked. Later: 10x10 kettlebell swings + pushups.

3 is the distance of the day.
Pain-free but maybe a little tight from a 90 minute xc ski workout yesterday at 9500' elevation. Did threshold reps of 3x 8.5 minutes and fell half way through the last one, and tweaked my hip stabilizers a bit.
PT, another 3, and hopefully a bit of elliptical tomorrow.

3 miles on the treadmill. My pup is starting to give me dirty looks when I emerge from the basement. He knows.
I just can't muster up the courage to go for a run outside when it's 10-30 degrees Fahrenheit.
