Track workout today!  Still no snow and 45° temps, so no need to drive all the way into the Reggie, just using the local HS Track.

25 minutes dynamic stretches and sprint drills.
3 x 50m with blocks @90%
3 x 100m, standing start @85%
1 x 150m, rolling start @80%
2 x 200m, rolling start @ 75%
1 x 300m, rolling start @70%

Legs tired from hard skiing, I felt slow. First master’s meet next weekend.
