3 very hilly miles. The trail was icy, so I had to run in the snow most of the time. Plus 40 minutes of snow shoveling.

Track workout today!

With the Reggie unavailable due to HS track meets until the New Year, I did my workout outdoors on a warm 40 degree day.  The snow and ice had melted off 3/4 of the local track, good enough for my purposes, although all repeats were into a strong wind.

25 minutes dynamic warmups and sprint drills.
1 x 200m @85%
3 x 100m @90%
1 x 200m @85%
6 x 50m with blocks, focusing on blasting out without popping up.

I bagged the last 200 I was going to do, diminishing returns with the headwinds making me work much harder.

I walked a few steps today.   500 according to my garmin.   Woot!
