Track workout today! Drove into the Reggie, had the track all to myself this morning.
25 minutes dynamic warmup/sprint drills
5 x 40m with blocks
1 x 300m
5 minute rest
1 x 100, 1 x 200, 1 x 300 @90%
Good effort. Nationals in 2 months.

4.9 easy (8:40 pace) on soft gravel trails - longest run yet since October
I have a ways to go but it's nice to just get outside running again
