20 minutes on treadmill (easy with strides) + 60 minutest of body weight exercises (pushups, situps, jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers, floor briddges, bicycles, planks, dips).

5 mile jog. Hot & humid.

Three miles. Kinda hot and humid for late September.
