No running for me for a while. Pulled a calf muscle playing softball on Thursday evening. Should of warmed up more.
Will DNS at a Labour Day 10K I entered. :(

Oh man that sucks. I always do a lot of dynamic stretches before softball. Usually hammys and groin injuries from softball though. Advil and ice. Give it a few days and try to jog slowly.
