I ran 12 easy but with marathon race pace for miles 10 and 11. Tough stuff b/c of all the squat cleans and tempo front squats I did yesterday. (Not to mention that humidity was high and temps up but it's August so expected.) But I was happy to get it done. This was a cut back week for me. Rest day tomorrow and then tough couple of weeks coming up.
