Track workout today! Last tuneup before Saturday’s New England Masters championships, my first track meet in two months since my hip injury.
Jog 800m, 20 minutes sprint drills.
300m, 200m, 2 x 100m, 4 x 30m with starting blocks, all @ 90%.
Then I practiced some triple jumps and long jumps @50% focusing on form and technique.
Jog 800.

Did a speedwork/economy session, just 2nd full on speed session of the year I think, this morning at a local park.
All on the turf. 2X 400 m, 2X 330 m, and 2X 250 m all at about 5:10 mile pace, with about 3.5 miles of warm up and cool down combined.
I'll do another 4 or so this afternoon.
