Track workout today!
Jog 800, 20 mins sprint drills.
2 sets of 100, 150, 200, 300, all close to 90%.

Same workout as last Sunday.

7.4 mi (58 min) this AM (it's like 98 now), progressing from 3 days of recovery (32, 40, 51 minutes--those were all real easy and slow, 10 min miles on Monday). Today after a jogger 1st mile clicked off a bunch of 7:40s and 7:50s, and included a 20 sec 'sprint' pick up about every mile. Note that my 'sprints' are more like mile race pace or at fastest 800 m pace.
