Maybe it was the wine last night. First mile fuzzy 8:50s, then average 7:35 for the remainder of a 1 hour run this morning. All felt easy. Smooth gravel trails on loops at open space park.

10K after some afternoon thunderstorms blew through.  Nicely brought down the heat and humidity.
