5 mile jog. Humid.

Track workout today! Jog 800M, sprint drills. Then 2 sets of 150M, 200M, 300M @80%. Hip still hurts, felt slow.

10.25K. Tried get the run in between rain showers, but last 3K were wet. There are thousand of Toronto Raptors fans that have lined up in the rain since yesterday evening to be first into the viewing area parties next to the basketball arena. GO RAPTORS GO!
