Track workout today! Spent yesterday volunteering at the marathon and chasing after friends running the race to get their picture. Good workout.
Today:
Jog 800m
20 minutes dynamic warm-ups
3 x 100m@ 85%
4 x 150m@ 85%
3 x 100m with my new spikes.

Penn Relays in 10 days.
