Track workout today! 80 degrees here in FLA. Jog 800M, then 20 mins of high knees, butt kicks, Mach A&B skips, grapevines, all to odd looks of cyclists.
4 x 40m strides, then two sets of 100, 200, 300 (100 @ 90% top speed, 200’s and 300’s closer to 85% max).
